Check the connectors that attached to the amplifier and make sure they are firmly attached. These are problematic on this particular vehicle causing the issues that you have described. If You do have volume coming out of the radio then it is most likely a software problem and that can usually be solved by restarting the head unit itself.

You'll have to take a speaker out and look at the silver wire that goes from the connector to the cone.
