Going to copy and paste a post I just made. Converted my Blackstone to natural gas and drilled the orifice with a 7/64 bit to allow a higher gas flow. Prior to enlarging the orifice the natural gas was only heating the griddle to ~370 F but with it bigger it was 700 F.
