The build for this is pretty flexible, it is totally dependent on my gun I'm showing here. Red tree, 5 Infusion, 5 Tempest, 1 Deep well, 2 Sustainment. Blue tree, 3 Fast Hands, 3 Transcend, 5 Restless, 3 From Rest, 3 Laid Bare, 3 Wrath, 1 Avatar. No green tree, not even from my class mod (you can get phasezerker to spawn without Clarity).

Amara has very very little +gun damage in her skills compared to the other vault hunters. +250% phasecast or +300% phaseslam on your guns more or less completely makes up for this. For your shield and grenade, use whatever, but if you're using elemental anoints, make sure they have 2 different +50% elemental damage for 10 seconds on action ...
