If you max out the link on ipv4, there is packet loss. If you max out the link on ipv6, no issue. Steam downloads for me are using ipv4 servers, so downloading a game at 1Gb/s causes 80% packet loss on the link, but just for ipv4 But, downloading games for example on Epic which uses ipv6, no problem.
