Twilight Menu runs off of the ds mode that the 3ds has, which means it also adds the limitations of the ds to the 3ds. The ds wasn't meant for games such as nes, snes, gameboy, ect because there was never any official support to run those types of games from those consoles unless if your running a ds or gba port.Just stick your roms anywhere.
