Dec 11, 2021 · mudckr. Pull the diff and put the Sand Craft rebuild in it. Guaranteed the garbage plastic sprague that holds the rollers in to engage the 4wd is either broken or cracked. You won’t be able to tell if it’s cracked until you pull the sprague and squeeze it to see they are detached. Get an aluminum sprague cage and be done with it.

My buddy came over and noticed a problem with the steering rack and I am asking any of you with a new Ranger to see if y’all have the same problem. You may not know it. Part of the issue with heat in the 900 is Polaris put the exhaust ports on the forward-side of the head. It might be low fuel pressure. You might do a load test on the battery to make sure it is good. My 2014 570 ranger sometimes has a problem idling and starting up. Does not do it all the time but is getting more frequent. I live 1 and 1/2 hours drive from a dealer. Replace the oil with 5w50 winter time. oil and your problems will go away. To make it simple a 10W oil tends to jell up. in freezing temps, and the oil sensor, tell the engine don't start because there is. no oil. 5W oil is thinner, and your oil sensor tells the engine everything is okay, so start.
