The tank macro is to mark the target you want your healer friend to CC, the healer macro is set up to CC that marked target with focuses to make watching the sleep timer easier. The /wait 1 is in there to prevent party chat spam as it will only show the /p if you do not press it again during the wait this is mostly for the healer macro.
