QF+UD gives you enough DR to lose only one chunk of hp rather than two chunks from heavy shots on DS. Skeleton build for Leech on DS is that, movement speed & Bullseye. any akimbo smg is fine, my favorite is Krinkovs though. If you are a shotgun guy definitely akimbo goliaths.Kills reduces the cooldown yeah, and 2 kills will also give you invincibility for 1 second.
