The alternative is a faulty ABS Control Module. Since the only codes you appear to have relate to the rear ABS sensors, I'd suspect either the parking brake lever is pulled up, there is a problem with the brake fluid level sensor or the brake fluid level actually is low. The traction control light is on as a result of the ABS fault codes.
That may have indeed set a code and turned all the warning lamps on. Scan it for fault codes and if you get one for a wheel speed sensor. Erase the code and see if it returns. If it doesnt, all is good. If it does return, first check that wheel speed sensor for any packed snow around it or the hub and clear as needed.
