EB2 ROW, Any idea/prediction on when the date will become current for application with PD on March 30, 2022? I applied 9 months ago, was current for 7 months, and then the dates retrogressed. EB2 NIW includes people from India, China, etc., and is not a separate category in the visa bulletin. This means that EB2 NIW applicants from countries other than those with backlogs are listed under EB2 ROW. If you have an NIW-based petition from one of the backlogged countries, you should look at the EB2 category for that specific country.
