When I first got it, both the battery and alternator were bad. It would die on me.Remove one of the coils, from the spark plug. Use an extra spark plug. A spark plug tester. Or even a screwdriver, in the end of the coil. Ground it on a piece of metal on the engine. Finally, have someone crank the engine, and watch for a spark. Can you tell where that click is coming from, e.g. the starter solenoid, the TIPM, etc. First wire I would check is a yellow one with a grey stripe coming out of the TIPM.
