Light on the modem is solid white. All devices (phones, tvs, laptops) show connected with "excellent" signal strength and yet nothing will work on anything now. Even did a factory reset via button on modem and reactivated the panoramic gateway via the app. Customer support has no answer and can't get a technician out for another 2 days.

The Panaromic's signal drops and goes out at least once a day minimum. Its fast yeah but it doesnt seem too reliable. Its in the same spot as the old router was and so far it doesnt need the expensive extender than Cox suggested we buy.
